Member sizes on your Building Regs drawings in 48 hours
Send us your drawings at Building Regs stage. We size every beam, column and connection so you can show them on your drawings, and your client receives the full calculation pack for Building Control whenever they’re ready – at no extra cost compared with ordering direct.
How it works
- You send the drawings – email them to us with your client’s name and email address. We send your client a secure payment link for the Sizing stage (30% of the fee).
- We size the structure – within 2 working days you receive the member sizes and a project reference to add to your drawings.
- Your client orders the calculation pack – when they’re ready, they pay the remaining 70% quoting the reference, and receive the full calculations the same working day.

Transparency
Our referral fee is disclosed to your client on their Sizing invoice, in line with professional codes of conduct. Your client pays the same total as ordering direct.
Drawing note
We’ll ask you to add: “Member sizes subject to structural calculations by AM Structural Consultancy, ref. BCO-xxxx. Not for construction or Building Control submission without them.”
